Valmiera Industrial and Export Park is located in Valmiera’s industrial district, next to the railway station and the A3 highway.

Five tenants are already operating in the Valmiera Industrial and Export Park, using the historic industrial buildings in the area for business purposes. The area has been demolished and buildings in poor or very poor technical condition and unfit for use have been dismantled, streets, internal roads and a public parking lot have been constructed, utilities have been installed: electricity, natural gas, heating, water supply, fibre optic networks. The park is more than 14 ha in size and still offers a choice of lease options offered by the municipality.
