Valmiera Municipality Goverment (hereinafter – the Municipality) announces the first oral auction of the right of superficies to the auctioned property – the immovable property at Rūpniecības iela 3, Valmiera, Valmiera Municipality, cadastral number 96010130119, with an area of 12,678 m².

- in person, at the Municipality’s Document Management and Customer Service Centre, Lāčplēša iela 2, Valmiera, Valmiera Municipality, LV-4201, on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; or
- by post, by sending the application to the Municipality at Lāčplēša iela 2, Valmiera, Valmiera Municipality, LV-4201, ensuring that the application is received by the deadline specified above; or
- electronically, signed with a secure electronic signature containing a time stamp, to the Municipality’s email address: [email protected].
The auction will take place on 2 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Municipality, Lāčplēša iela 2, Valmiera, Valmiera Municipality, LV-4201, in the meeting room on the 1st floor.
The RIGHT OF SUPERFICIES AUCTION REGULATIONS attached to this notice set out the procedure for conducting the oral auction of the right of superficies to the auctioned property and the procedure by which the successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the Successful Bidder, Superficiary or Bidder) is granted the right of superficies to the auctioned property.
