Valmiera Municipality Government plans to develop industrial areas around Pleskavas Street in Valmiera. There are four municipally owned land units of business importance in this area, which, after the construction/reconstruction of Pleskavas Street, storm sewerage, lighting and water and sewerage networks, will be available to entrepreneurs for the development of their business activities.
This industrial area is in the industrial district of Valmiera and is adjacent to the Valmiera Industrial and Export Park. Convenient access to the railway station and the A3 motorway.
Valmiera Municipality Government has developed a development plan – project “Development of industrial territories in Valmiera – 3rd stage” for reconstruction of Pleskavas street and construction of a new section, as well as for construction of engineering networks necessary for business activity.
The construction/reconstruction of the Pleskavas Street section will create easier access for businesses to their customers, supply, and logistics network (transit streets) and other essential functions, creating a greater potential impact on regional development through business investments.
