Nekustamā īpašuma Jāņa Ķenča ielā 2, Kocēnos, nomas izsole

Valmieras novada pašvaldība izsludina nekustamā īpašuma Jāņa Ķenča iela 2, Kocēnos, Kocēnu pagastā, Valmieras novadā, sastāvā esošās zemes vienības daļas un ēkas septīto mutisko nomas tiesību izsoli.

Izsoles objekts: zemes vienības ar kadastra apzīmējumu 9664 008 0244, 10759/11091 domājamā daļa no kopplatības 2286 m2 (2218 m2), ēka ar kadastra apzīmējumu 9664 008 0244 001, platība 1075,9 m2 (turpmāk – izsoles objekts), kas tiek izsolīts atklātā mutiskā izsolē ar augšupejošu soli (turpmāk – izsole).

  • Izsoles objekta nomas tiesību izsoles sākumcena mēnesim noteikta  – 1,25 EUR/m2 (viens euro, 25 centi) par vienu ēkas m2 (bez PVN).
  • Izsoles solis izsoles objektam – 0,10 EUR.
  • Izsoles objekta izmantošanas mērķis – komercdarbība (ražošana, pakalpojumu sniegšana).
  • Nomas termiņš – 12 gadi.
  • Izsoles veids – izsoles objekta septītā atklāta mutiska nomas tiesību izsole ar augšupejošu soli.

Nomas tiesību pretendentu pieteikšanās termiņš līdz 2024.gada 23.augustam plkst.16.00. Pieteikumi un dokumenti iesniedzami klātienē Valmieras novada pašvaldībā Lāčplēša ielā 2, Valmierā, Valmieras novadā, nosūtot pa pastu Valmieras novada pašvaldībai, Lāčplēša ielā 2, Valmierā, Valmieras novadā, vai elektroniski, nosūtot uz e-pastu pasts@valmierasnovads.lv, parakstītu ar drošu elektronisko parakstu. Pēc izsoles noteikumos minēto dokumentu iesniegšanas, pretendentam tiek izsniegta reģistrācijas apliecība izsolei.

Izsole notiks 2024.gada 28.augustā plkst.10.45, Valmieras novada pašvaldībā, Lāčplēša   ielā 2, Valmierā, Valmieras novadā, administrācijas ēkas 1.stāva zālē. Izsoles rīkotājam līdz 2024.gada 23.augusta plkst.16.00 ir tiesības vienpusēji mainīt izsoles norises vietu, par to paziņojot reģistrētajiem izsoles dalībniekiem.

Valmiera Municipality offers for rent premises in Kocēni, Ķenča iela 2 (with adjacent land) in the historical Kokmuižas complex for business development.

The renovated Kokmuižas barn building with its adjacent historic ramp was built in 1866. The two-storey stone building was part of a stable complex consisting of four buildings. Three of them have survived to the present day. This building is one of the few best preserved buildings in the Kokmuiža complex. It is also a historically striking and architecturally expressive building. The municipality therefore looked for ways to renovate it by attracting funding from the European Union for the development of the business environment.

The project includes the complete renovation of the facade and roof of the two-storey stone building, replacement of doors and windows, installation of skylights to make the building suitable for business, installation of connections to all communications with the possibility to choose a suitable heating method, renovation of the historic driveway and improvement of the street adjacent to the building.

Inside the building, the historic flooring on the ground floor has been restored – a red brick floor deck with trapezoids, the stone walls have been repaired, plastered and painted, preserving the historic wall vaulting. The decorative decoration of the premises has been left to the discretion of the future owner to allow for the creation of an interior design appropriate to the type of business.

The renovation project of the historic barn building of Kokmuiža has been highly appreciated by professionals, who awarded it a Certificate of Recognition in the international competition “Sustainability in Architecture, Construction, Design” in the nomination “Most Sustainable Building” in 2022.
